<description>This is a very interesting subject that has always been a project of mine, in fact I’ve even wrote a book on a similar subject. One of the areas that I have been published on is the subject of “Collaborative Intelligence” or (CQ).

The subject of collaboration in the work place goes hand in hand with How to fill the collaboration in the workplace.

I try and teach management how to use practical “CQ Tools” and processes that help teams and leaders:

•	Attract &#38; retain high quality team members
•	Create a sense of meaningful participation
•	Collaborate in highly effective ways
•	Connect to a strong sense of purpose
•	Balance leadership and followship

If you would like to know more about my writings, feel free to go to StephanJamesJoyce.com or feel free to Google my book “Teaching an Anthill to Fetch”.

Great entry, I look forward to more.

<description>Actually, the Adobe "Web Conferencing" paragraph has some incorrect information. Acrobat Connect and Connect Pro both have Application and Desktop Sharing. Presenters can expand the viewing area for shared applications, documents, and whiteboards to fill the entire screen of participants. Presenters can choose to synchronize the view of all participants. Also, meeting participants can control the desktops and applications of other remote users—for collaborative work sessions, one-on-one instruction, product support and more. This can be shown in full screen mode. Visit the Acrobat Connect List of Features page:
